The Joyo JGE-01 Infinite Sustainer does exactly what it says. Stretch notes endlessly without them ever snapping and dying in Normal or Overtone mode with this little white device. Hold the Sustainer over the string you want to play and a magnetic field vibrates the string infinitely. In Normal mode, a note will simply last forever while in Overtone mode, a harmonic is added. A practical little Joyo-style addition is a blue LED pointer that indicates which string the Sustainer is aimed at. The Joyo JGE-01 runs on a single 9V battery.

Great little product, works fine. Can be a little tricky to use on either of the E strings as there's nothing to balance the grooves in but otherwise perfect, a great price for this sort of gear!
gekocht en uitgeprobeerd als alternatief voor de echte. voor de prijs kan je het niet laten . doet bijna hetzelfde als het origineel alleen vind ik hem niet prettig in de hand liggen en met de hoge e snaar is het lastig. heb hem om die reden dan ook retour gestuurd , maar misschien dat een ander hem wel weer prettig in gebruik vind
Echt een super effect. Is de goedkopere variant van de befaamde ebow maar werkt volgens hetzelfde principe. Je zet het apparaat op de snaren welke gaat trillen en daardoor heb je sustain totdat de batterij op is.
Batterij levensduur is echt ongelovelijk lang en werkt ook goed met oplaadbare batterijen. Gaat trouwens één 9V blok in.
Beide modes doen het goed. Ook de werking is simpel. Beetje oefenen maar al snel heb je het tructje door. Werkt alleen op de onderste e-snaar niet heel soepel maar dat is met een ingebouwde Sustianiac ook het geval.
Vandaag ontvangen en heb de sustainer op een aantal van mijn bassen uitgeprobeerd, het resultaat varieert per bas en je moet even uitvogelen hoe je ermee moet werken. Het apparaatje werkt iig perfect op mijn Ibanez EHB1500, door de "ramp" die op dat instrument zit is het makkelijk om een constante afstand van de snaren te houden. Door de afstand tussen de sustainer en het element te variëren kun je het volume (traploos) aanpassen.
Het apparaat wordt zelfs met 2 stuks 9 volt batterijen geleverd en dat voor die prijs! De prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is perfect, daarom 5 sterren.

Good product and good service from Bax. One small criticism: the fact that the box was unsealed and the item already had a battery in it suggests it was a return. It didn’t affect my ability to use it, but if you buy new you expect new.
